Frame 4 note: Lower right, former CAIR Communications Specialist Randall Todd "Ismail" Royer is pictured at September 24 CAIR press conference, prior to Royer's conviction for plotting overseas attacks on Americans and Indians with an Al-Qaeda related organization, Lashkar-e-Taiba. Royer was in contact with the terrorist group less than ten days prior to the press conference. Just two days prior, Royer possessed in his automobile an AK-47-style rifle and 219 rounds of ammunition.
