Since the early 80's, the terrorist organization Hamas
has had a presence within the United States. Many groups
connected to Hamas have come and gone. They include:
the United Association for Studies and Research (UASR),
the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development
(HLF), the Global Relief Foundation (GRF) and KindHearts.
Another organization, the Islamic Association for Palestine
(IAP) was shut down in 2005, after it was found liable
for the murder of an American boy who was killed during
a Hamas terror operation in Israel. Eleven years prior
to its closure, three leaders from the IAP created the
Council on American-Islamic Relations or CAIR.
CAIR Watch, a project of Americans Against Hate, was
founded with the mission to expose the extremist nature
and terrorist ties of CAIR, in hopes that it will be
shut down, just as the others were before it. You can
help in this endeavor. We need you to be our eyes and
ears in your area. Events, publications, statements,
and all else concerning the aforementioned are of grave
importance to us.
Is there an article, blog entry or CAIR quote that we need
to place on our site? Do you know of someone connected
to the group that we should create a new profile for?
We are open to your suggestions.
If you would like to assist us and become a CAIR Watcher,
