Judge Fields' final decree was delivered. She ordered
the eviction of Rosine Ghawji from the house and ordered the
father, Maher Ghawji, back in the house, allowing him to sell it.
She named the father as the primary custodian and
put him in charge of the children's education and
religious upbringing. The judge is still holding
the passports of both children but is allowing
the children to leave for Pilgrimage (Hajj) and
has given them to the father for the month of Ramadan.
The youngest child is terrified by this decision.
