CAIR REP DISINVITED FROM PLANTATION MAYOR'S PRAYER BREAKFAST

AAH PRAISES THOSE INVOLVED

(Coral Springs, FL) The Executive Director of the Florida office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Florida), Altaf Ali, has been disinvited from speaking at Plantation Mayor Rae Carole Armstrong’s annual Prayer Breakfast taking place on May 1st. Ali was scheduled to perform the invocation for the event.

Americans Against Hate (AAH) praises those that were involved in making the decision to disinvite Ali. As well, AAH praises everyone that got involved in the matter and voiced their concerns.

AAH Chairman Joe Kaufman stated, “CAIR’s attachment to Hamas cannot be ignored by anyone in our government -- local, state or federal. And no one, in any American community, should sit by and allow his/her government to align itself with CAIR. Everyone needs to speak out and have their voices heard. In this case, the right side won and hate was defeated.”

Joe Kaufman is available for interview. E-mail: info@americansagainsthate.org.
