AAH CALLS ON U.S. GOVT. TO PLACE CAIR ON
STATE DEPT.
LIST OF TERROR GROUPS
AAH STANDS WITH HOUSE REPUBLICAN CONFERENCE IN
CONDEMNING CAIR'S USAGE OF U.S. CAPITOL
(Coral Springs, FL) Americans Against Hate (AAH),
the group that was responsible for Senator Barbara
Boxer rescinding
an award from CAIR leader Basim Elkarra, calls
on the United States government to take action and
shut CAIR down immediately.
AAH stands with the House
Republican Conference in calling on ranking Democrats
to stop CAIR from using sacred government buildings
to spread its brand of hatred. CAIR, indeed, has shown
itself, time and time again, to be nothing more than
an apologist for terrorists, such as Palestinian Islamic
Jihad leader Sami Al-Arian. Instead of allowing CAIR
to use government facilities, our government officials
should be working to close the offices of CAIR.
If it were not for the number two leader in Hamas
today, Mousa
Abu Marzook, CAIR would not be in existence. Considering
CAIR's direct ties to Hamas, AAH calls on the government
to place CAIR beside Hamas on the U.S. State Department's
list of terrorist organizations.
Joe Kaufman, chairman of Americans Against Hate and
founder of CAIR Watch, stated, "The U.S. government
confuses the American people, when it says that it
is in a war on terrorism and then, in the same breath,
allows a group tied to terrorism to use government
facilities. We call on Nancy Pelosi and other leaders
of the Democratic Party to follow the lead of Senators
Barbara Boxer, Charles Schumer and Dick Durban and
recognize CAIR for what it is - a terror front."
